Patina is primarily funded by the founding team, but our Patrons make each new Volume possible.
Unlike many other publications, Patina does not restrict access to essays for those who don’t want to or can’t pay. This is intentional—Patina is part and parcel of the collective, and no story deserves to be kept away from curious eyes.
To fund operations (including infrastructure, writer honoraria, and intern salaries), we gladly accept gifts from Patrons to the tune of how much ever you can freely give.
